At the BlogHerald (on the list of recommended readings for new edubloggers), Lorelle VanFossen discussed Writing and Publishing Code in Your WordPress Blog Posts… Another tool, I mentioned here… Here’s the direct link to the Live Writer extensions to be able to add code to posts. I still can’t quite figure out what’s happening below–
This is what I did:

Published post is opened from the blog in Live Writer.
I clicked on the image but changed nothing.
Post was published as “Post draft and edit on line”

In the text below, the original published post in the blog editor window with image thumbnail that displays [...]

Live Writer seemed to be adding code to the earlier published post that ended up stripping the image out. So here is a test (the original post has been corrected)
